READ BEFORE PURCHASING :
the session fee covers just my time and editing, it does not include downloadable images or prints , you will need to pay for digital packages (usb, downloads) or prints separately. See further down for prices on digital photo packages

The MINI : $75
includes one outfit, one location and a 15 minute session (I edit about 40-60 photos from which you get to choose your favorites to purchase )

The HALF: $125
Includes one outfit , one location (for seniors and children individually i allow 2 outfits 2 locations) and a 30 minute session (I edit about 70-90 photos from which you get to choose your favorites to purchase )

The FULL: $165
includes 2 outfits, 2 locations for families or smaller groups. For extended families one outfit one location (4 for individual children or seniors) and one hour session (I edit about 100- 120 photos you get to purchase your favorites from )

The session fee gets paid at time of booking, and needs to be paid before i put you on my calendar. They DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PRODUCTS, SUCH AS A CD, OR DOWNLOADS OR PRINTS.

VIDEO ADD ON. 2-4 minutes. I also suggest recording some words to incorporate (I make sure you do this privately and it’s not awkward )

$75 for a half and full session

After your session you get to choose from the following

$200 for 10 Digital images in a downloadable gallery (you choose your favorite 10)

$280 for 20 Digital images on a USB and a downloadable gallery (you choose your favorite 20)

$330 for 30 edited images On a USB

$375 for all the edited images on a USB

If somewhere in between is preferred it is $14 each additional Image.
If less than 10 are needed it is $28 per Digital image.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A few days before your photoshoot. Or sometimes the morning of, I will send you some pictures or ideas as far as locations go. If you have a pinterest board you would like me to look at to determine your likes or styles please feel free to let me know. I am open to suggestions as far as locations if you have your own in mind. Just remember you will need to be facing away from the sun not looking towards it. Certain locations work good in the mornings, some work good in the evenings. If you prefer a morning session and getting up early I am all for it as well!
Sometimes we will meet at my house and you will follow me to the photoshoot location. Sometimes we will meet at the location itself. Depending on how easy it is to find and so on. I usually come prepared with different poses and will try to incorporate a little of everything. But if I do forget something or you want something specific don’t hesitate to let me know.

. What to expect after your photoshoot: . I will give you a booklet containing more info as to products and extra digitals, and to help you decide which extras, if any, you would be interested in.
I will be editing all the best photos from your session. We usually get a lot of pictures in a short amount of time. We will set up an "ordering session" which is where you will get to choose your favorites.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THIS SESSION PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Deposit and Payment. 100% of the Session fee is due upon booking and is non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to the e-mail you provide in this contract. If deposit is not received within the day , the date/time you selected will then be available to the public for other bookings. Session fees cover time and talent, secure your session date and current pricing. All images and products are sold separately. Deposit requirement applies to all sessions and events, including minis.
2. Lateness/Cancellation. In the event of an illness, please call as soon as possible to reschedule. Loretta K. Wall photography maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. Requests for rescheduling or re-shoots are granted only at the photographer's discretion. This decision must be made before the session or within the first 20 minutes of the session. Bookings are often done back to back. To avoid rushing, please arrive on time or a few minutes early to your session. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late (5 minutes grace for mini sessions) will be required to cancel or reschedule. In the event of a “no show” or showing up too late your session fee will not be returned and no other fees will incur. In the event of a re-schedule, client is then responsible to pay another non-refundable session deposit. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late or a no show for an In-Person Viewing & Ordering Consultation will be required to reschedule. In order to reschedule, client will be required to pay a $25 fee.

3. Travel and Additional Fees. The client is responsible to order photos within one month of receiving the edited gallery, after which the photos will be archived and a charge of $40 will apply. The client is also responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to location choice (admission fees, parking, etc.).

4. Electronic Devices. Cameras, cell phone cameras, and camcorders are not permitted during sessions.
5. Client Proofing. All images are copyrighted by the photographer. Loretta K. Wall photography It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy or reproduce Lorettas work in any manner or medium without express written permission.
You will be presented with a viewing gallery from your session, online at a link that will be provided to you Though many images will be recorded, any image that does not meet Loretta’s quality standards will not be shown. Loretta chooses to show only the best images for purchase consideration.
Your images will be presented to you within 1-2 weeks online. At this point you will make your selection of prints and/or digital images to purchase, you will have 24 hours to do so. If the gallery needs to be renewed it will be an additional 35 dollars. Images will not be sent to print, burned to disc or delivered in any manner without receipt of payment.
Your final print order will be ready for pickup within 14 days after your order is paid in full.

All final gallery images are kept on file for six (6) months following your initial order. All reorders after 30 days are subject to current image rates.
ALL RAW FILES AND UNEDITED IMAGES that Loretta deems unsuitable for purchasing are permanently deleted after processing and before gallery viewing.
6. Digital Images. If the client purchases the digital images, Loretta K. Wall photography will provide suggested printing instructions. To ensure the best print quality, avoid altering the images before printing. The photographer is not responsible for printing errors or for quality of prints or products printed elsewhere. 

 The client must purchase digital images to have the printing rights and post to social media, etc.
7. Returned Checks. Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $25.00 service charge, and sessions/orders will be cancelled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification.
8. Copyright Laws/Model Release Loretta K. Wall photography retains the copyright on all images (even those purchased in digital format) and reserves the right to use the images for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. The client signing this contract warrants that he or she has actual authority to agree to the use of the likeness of all persons included in the portrait in this manner and shall indemnify and defend the photographer in the event of litigation arising out of such use. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of this Studio/Photographer. Under no circumstances, can a client use these images for profit, commercial endeavors, professional display, or in competitions. Copying, scanning or downloading images from the client's gallery Loretta K. Wall photography website or blog is considered stealing, regardless of the intent for use.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to redistribute these photographs for profit or use other than private consumption without the photographer’s permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.

9. Liability. Client is aware that the quality of the end result print of the digital files delivered is not under the control of the photographer and frees the photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon discoloration in the end result print. The photographer is not responsible for the quality of services provided by its business partners. If the photographer cannot fulfill this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the photographer shall return any deposit or sitting fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event the photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the client’s order.

Accident Waiver and Release of Personal Liability: The client releases the photographer and all photographer employees or assistants of any responsibility regarding the personal injury that may be obtained during a photo session. I (the client) waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for mine and my family’s disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity. In addition, I hold harmless and agree not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in any activity related to the photography session.
I (the client) certify that myself and those accompanying individuals that will be attending the session in Loretta K. Wall photography studio am aware that pets may enter the studio and a variety of foods. By signing this document I attest that I am fully aware that Loretta K. Wall photography allows pets and food on site and will not hold Loretta K. Wall Photography accountable for any associated allergy attacks or illnesses due to said pets or food.

All images are copyright under the Federal Copyright Laws and subject to fines of up to $150,000 if breaking those laws. By signing this contract, you are agreeing not to copy, save, or reproduce digital or printed images in any way. This includes copying and saving images from the website, blog, Facebook, or any other form of advertisement.

STUDIO POLICIES
Customers (including out of town customers) are responsible for picking up their order at the studio. Any mailing costs incurred will be at the expense of the customer.
Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.
Due to the custom nature of photographic products, all sales are final.
Image prices, products and services are subject to change at any time; however, you are 'locked in' to current pricing for 30 days following the date of your session.
Images from multiple sessions may not be combined into one Session Album purchase, except in the case of a Maternity/Newborn package.
Please bring only the people being photographed to the session.
Please arrive in appropriate clothing, hair styles and make up choices. Loretta K. Wall photography will not be responsible for a reshoot due to unsatisfactory attire choices made by client.
Before Your Session: Please have your children dressed and ready to go for their session. This includes hair combing and full tummies. Please keep in mind, too much primping can cause anxiety.

Do not bring your own camera, camcorder or recording device.
